Update on Barclays Mobile Banking and iOS7

As a further response to these iOS7 issues, Barclays have provided some additional troubleshooting tips on their website.  It’s not a great workaround as you’ll have to re-register with Mobile Banking or PingIt, but its better than nothing at the moment!

I haven’t installed iOS7 yet…

Update and log in to the latest version of Barclays Mobile Banking and Barclays Pingit before you install iOS7.  The latest versions are v1.5.2 for Barclays Mobile Banking, v1.2.1 on iPad, and v1.11 for Barclays Pingit.

I’ve installed iOS7 and I’m having trouble with my passcodes

Barclays Mobile Banking:
Download the most recent version of the app and then tap ‘Forgot Passcode?’ on the app log-in screen, then ‘Reset’ to re-register.

Barclays Pingit:
Download the most recent version of the app and then tap ‘Help?’ on the app log-in screen, then ‘Reset your Barclays Pingit account’ to re-register.
