Halifax Online Banking Upgrade – Statement Limitations


Halifax have advised us that they are currently implementing an upgrade to their online banking system, though their System Availability page on their site is still showing “Our Online service is currently operating normally.

Unfortunately a side effect of this system being updated means that you will have restricted access to viewing statements in your online account.

Unfortunately we can only provide a limited statement service at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please try again later.

We’ve had a look into this, at it seems that you’re currently limited to viewing just one page of transactions.  Halifax have confirmed that this is only temporary whilst the upgrade is going on and that this will be back to normal within the next 24 to 48 hours.

Once the upgrade is complete, this should provide the added benefit of being able to access a longer history of your statements, though we don’t have any clarification yet as to how far you’ll be able to go back.

We’ll update once the upgrade is complete and advise on the statement history changes.
